AGM Night

The Robotics Club Annual General Meeting had come to the end. It was a successful event with a huge gathering. We’d like to thank all those who lend their time to attend our event.
Our AGM started with a short briefing about the Robotics Club, continued with a speech by Wong Yit Wyne, our out-going President. This was followed with the 2008/2009 financial report by Hoo Chia Lee, and its annual activity report by Toh Boon Poh. Various events had been held during the past three trimesters.

Annual General Meeting 09/10

To all Robotics Club members and also all MMU students,
Kindly be reminded that our Annual General Meeting is coming soon. Attendance is compulsory to all members of Robotics Club. Details as follow:

Venue: CLCR2006 (tentatively)
In this meeting, we will have:
- Introduction to the objective and mission of Robotics Club year 2009/2010
- Introduction to the advisor and new committees of Robotics Club
- Briefing on the coming activities, and also to explain the benefits that Robotics Club members can enjoy.
- Activities report
- Treasurer report for academic year 08/09
- Certificate distribution ceremony for Robotics Club committee year 08/09
- Q & A session
- More fun stuff…
Membership card will be distributed during this meeting. Anyone who is still interested to be part of the family can register on that day as well. Beside that, we will have mini games and lucky draw too! Prizes will be given and refreshment will be served.
We hope that all of you could make it for this AGM, it will surely add colours to the meeting, and also at the same time, allow us to serve you better.
