E-Corridor Liven-up CLC concourse

E-corridor is a collaboration event between ENGSOC, Robotics Club, MMUIET, MMUIEM and ISS. Last week, it brought Central Learning Complex (CLC) concourse alive with a series of exciting activities and exhibitions. This event, which lasted for three days, started on 2nd of December.
Right from the start, the event was packed full with students seeking for exciting robots competition, Matlab hands-on demonstration, Apple’s operating systems showcase, international tourism show and a series of workshops.
Robotics Developer Studio Hands-on Experience

Remember Futurama’s Bender? Want to have him to cheer you up with his silly jokes? Building your own Bender is now no longer a hassle. With Microsoft’s Robotics Developer Studio, you could test drive your robot creations and run simulations without the need of expensive materials and equipments.
MMU Emerged as ROBOCON 2009 Champion

Hurray! MMU had emerged to be the champion in Robocon 2009. We had also bagged the Best Technology Award in the competition.
The national-level Robocon 2009 was held on 10th May 2009 at Malawati Stadium, Shah Alam. MMU has achieved tremendous victory this year, with team Roboforce 1 from FET as the champion, team MMU Cyber as the 1st runner-up, and team Roboforce 2 winning the Best Technology Award.
Our team will be representing Malaysia to compete at international-level Asia Pacific ROBOCON Tournament in this coming 22nd August. Destination – Tokyo, Japan. Cheers ~!
